Thread Ranking System Gone?

Is the thread ranking system gone for good? or is it being updated? I went to rank someone's thread, and I noticed that the ranking system was gone. So I looked on the main page, gone there too. I did a search on it, and only came up with this:

so I posted a new topic.
Just wondering why the thread ranking system is gone.....
