Police State : NYPD Officer Admits to arrest quotas

This story doesn't surprise me at all. We all pretty much know that police officers are under the hidden " better meet your quota " rule... What crawled under my skin is these NYPD officers are intentionally targeting young kids , charging them with bogus charges and even jailing them overnight ; only to release them the next day with no charges pending . Just for the officers to maintain their expected ' quotas ' . This officer is now paying the price for coming forward .

It's a shame that these are the people who are suppose to be protecting us, who watches the ones who watch?
