Yeah, well, a "terrorist" isn't somebody simply desiring for change. In the eyes of America, a terrorist is anybody who disagrees with the government and wants to do something about it. Let them redefine their definition, and I wouldn't see why not. But, as of, anybody plotting for overthrow of US Gov't is a terrorist.

The problem is with this policy they could target you. Think about it, all they would have to say is "Hey this capgirl person is a terrorist". It doesn't matter if you are or not, they don't have to conform to due process.
