This video has baffled me since I very first saw it ! I apologise now if this has been posted and discussed on ATS before but I have wondered about this since before I became a member and it still baffles me now ! If anyone can tell me what’s going on here or if it has been debunked I would like to know ? If it’s CGI then they have done a bloody good job ! Please watch because what you’ll see is mind boggling !

It's not a UFO. This is how clouds form, and yes it's been discussed at length here on ATS before.
