remotely observe with nano-bots . when rebellion reaches crises point ...

..... stop time locally on rebel planet , remove the good people ,

wait for the bad people to die [only takes a few seconds of real time]

deliver good people back , and start again .

if my purpose is to monitor the natural behaviour and development of my newly created race, I would make sure that there aren`t any punks in my science team who would channel information to my creation to tweak the results.
