Smithsonian Air & Space: The Kopp-Etchells Effect

I came accross this while looking at other political items anwas kind of surprised to find it where I did. Apparently a long known about effect by aircraft/helicopters has now been named.It is a pretty cool effect and this link has lots of linked pictures of the effect. Kopp-Etchells Effect. I was going to post this in the UFO forums, but decided against it as I would have probably been accused of disinfo or trying to debunk UFO's And I don't have the patience to get into a UFo pissing match...either way enjoy!
