I can't understand that Mr Bob. It is a site like any other on the net. I have no trouble opening it or any of the other published works on Quazen using Internet Explorer. Perhaps you need to delete your temporary internet files.
Looking at the comments on the article itself, dated today, other users are not having the same problem.

Actually I couldn't open the site, well, I did, but it shut my internet down for a minute or two.
Thumbs up for Banksy as always! I hate graffitti artists but his stuff is always beautiful- well, sometimes he's a let down but they're usually thought provoking.
Sadly I don't actually know what he's done this time, can someone tell me please?

Anyways OP that was pretty funny IMO. I never heard of what happened originally but I read in the article what happened. I personally am not too fond of anything from IKEA...boring stuff IMO and way over priced.

After a hugely successful exhibition in the Bristol Museum, which had up to 4,000 people a day queuing to view it, and is estimated to have pulled £10 million into the city (Banksy at The Bristol Museum: This is a Queuing Opportunity), one would think that he may have taken time out and rested on his laurels for a while.

Not Banksy.

Straight back onto the streets again to anonymously leave his mark, or more aptly perhaps, his social remarks.

The picture above recently (September 09) appeared on a wall in Croyden, Surrey.

Anyone who has bought a self assembly kit will know the frustration felt by the “punk”, trying to assemble his “Large Graffiti Slogan” kit. As one commentator said, these instructions were designed to “make grown men cry”.

I had no problems with the site.

I live in Bristol and I never got to the exhibition, gutted!. I like this new one though. I wonder whether there's more than one person doing the work.

I must admit i did get fed up of him for a while because he became this celelbrity that flew around the world doing commisions, and he ended up becoming the very establishment figure he was supposed to be the antitheses of.

Ooh ooh! I remember seeing that 'One Nation Under CCTV' cause I live pretty close to it. I thought it was brilliant, well, the person. His images look startlingly real when you see them in real life and it's great!
