My endeavor in this thread is to show how the people are waking up to the out of control government and a hope that we can work together in this pursuit. I Hope to inspire some of you that the rhetoric must end. I will show my fellow ATSers see the same thing.

First a couple of links to sites on the web where I came across the

Declaration of Individual Sovereignty

A Declaration of Individual Sovereignty
A Declaration of Sovereignty and Rejection of the National I.D. Card
A DECLARATION OF INDIVIDUAL INDEPENDENCE
From Sovereignty Declaration to Implementation

Now a couple of links to pertinent threads on ATS and thanks to all the authors and commentors. And thanks to all of ATS for opening of my eyes.

2009-Year Of The Slave Why we have to work together
Democrats vs. Republicans When will it end? Others see the divisiveness
The Desperation and Dangers of the Far-Right Extreme Evangelical Sub-Culture Perfect example of the MSM playing fears and very a smart person pushing their agenda
ACORN is at it again, taxpayers are funding this? Example of why we cannot trust the Dems
Paulson to Hire Private Contractors to Handle Bailout Billions Example of why we cannot trust the Repubs

Now for the meat of the matter

I joined ATS a few months ago. As of 9/1/08 I became unemployed due to the construction implosion in California. Up to about a year before that, I did not pay much attention to the government. I had become disenfranchised with government back when Reagan had starting pillaging the SS system, for what I think, is the very purpose of what situation we are in now. Reagan was no hero. He had his good points but so did many presidents, but I digress. Do not say Clinton ran a surplus-he stole from the SS fund also.
Another reason for disenfranchisement-The Dept of Ed reneged on my student loans back in 87, while I was unemployed and they defaulted on my loans, by which they broke the contract-deferment for unemployment, military service or volunteer service. But what am I supposed to do, sue the government. Hell, at least not ever being able to get credit has at least, kept me out of debt.

I believe the economic collapse was a planned enterprise over the last 40 years, culminating in the redistribution of the American wealth to the Banks and super rich.

Look at my signature

I believe we have to go back to the beginning, to before the control of government ran rampant. We are no longer free and sovereign individuals governed by the Constitution. We are corporate entities governed by corporate and maritime/admiralty laws. If you do not believe me, research our court systems. We no longer have any constitutional courts, we have corporate and maritime/admiralty courts. Also, research this little tidbit of history-The Real Thirteenth Article of Amendment Yeah, we can really trust lawyers after reading about that little tidbit.

I have seen liberals, conservative, dems, repubs, libertarians etc arguing over the littlest things. One individual here did not even know that instituting socialistic laws, at the State level, was constitutional. The 10th amendment allows States to countermand almost any of the amendments to the constitution, in my view. Which is fine. A smaller unit of government can be changed-a federal government cannot, if widespread corruption is the standard. Also, if you do not like a State's laws you can move-notice the exodus from California-not only economic reasons.

Did you know that the Amish do not have to pay any form of tax or participate in any government mandates?

Now here is what I am going to do about it.

1-inform everyone I know about everything I know.
2-inform everyone I can on the Internet.
3-vote for anyone not affiliated with the Dem or Repub party
4-the only tenant I ask for whom I vote for, they will not vote for anything that breaks constitutional law-kind of like Ron Paul.
5-remove myself from the system and no longer feed the beast-see the form

This is where I ask you to add your tenant on how we can work together to change things
6-
7-
8-
9-
10-
11-
12-

Here is how I start!

I am going to fill this out and send it to my Mayor, the County Board, my state & federal Representative, my state & federal Senator, my Governor, my President and the US Supreme Court.

Be it known that I, _______________________, the undersigned, do hereby declare myself to be a sovereign individual under the provisions of the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America and that I reserve for myself all the rights and powers conferred upon the People of the United States of America by the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America, which states:

“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution,

nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively,

or to the people.”

Recognizing that both the Federal Government of the United States of America and the governments of the several States derive their just powers to govern from the consent and will of the People, and that the People may reserve the right to throw off the bonds of servitude and oppression of a tyrannical government, as per the guarantees made in the Constitution of the United States of America and the Bill of Rights, it is the incumbent duty of all the People to declare such tyrannical governments null and void according to the provisions and limitations imposed upon those governments by the Constitution of the United States of America and to either seek to establish a new and just government in adherence to the Constitution of the United States of America or, if that has become no longer possible, to declare themselves, each one, an individual sovereign entity beholden to no governance save for their own.

In accordance with these aims and purposes as stated herein, I hereby and herewith declare myself to be free of any and all governance by either the Federal Government or any of the several States of the United States of America and I hereby and herewith reserve and reclaim all the rights enumerated by the Constitution of the United States of America and the Bill of Rights, as well as all natural rights not enumerated by the Constitution or the Bill of Rights, such as they are recognized to be inherent conditions of human existence. These rights shall include, but are in no way limited to the rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, as well as the right to keep and bear arms, which shall be construed to mean any and all types of weaponry that may be necessary, in defense of my life, liberty and property from all aggressors whoever they may be.

Signed ______________________________ this ______ day of ______, 20___

Have you heard about the outbreak of people declaring sovereignty? What legal ramifications do you think this may impart?

For me, I have to start somewhere and this is where it starts.

2 million people went to protest the government and ask redress of issues. You know what the mouthpiece said-What people, we did not even know there was a protest. Kind of like, let them eat cake.

WOW man, that is a balllllsy move on your part!!!
I like it though, we need to make it known that we're not going
to put up with more of the same anymore, we need them to know
that we actually understand the rights that are so clearly set forth
within the Constitution. This is the kind of thing that SHOULD become
a movement if we ever want to make any kind of headway.
Marches and protests are great, but THIS could really shake the boat
if we did it en masse.

A very well written document friend! You mind if I copy and save that
for my own personal use?

Ahh crap, I got so interested in the actual content of said declaration that I pretty much skimmed what you had written beforehand.
Very cool though, I wonder how many other people have considered and/or sent this document to their reps?

It is hard to tell. I have heard snippets on the MSM. Like one liners about how their is a rash of people filing individual sovereignty but they stop their. I guess they do not want people investigating it.

I just LOVE that corn eating cat, I know I keep saying it, I know...

Anyhoo, back on topic, I wonder if there is an easy canadian version like that?

If we ALL filled it out, EVERY last one of us, then what could they do?

We could start from scratch.....if we need to build a road, we all donate x amount of dollars through paypal for a road, and hold accountable whomever builds it, we all pay x amount to hospitals if we use them?

I am being serious here, there MUST be a better way to run things locally, and openly, and through free choice....if I want to whine about the roads, then that is what I will donate to, if I am accident prone, then I may tend to donate more to the health care fund....etc...etc...e.tc....do everything online, so EVERY person can see where EVERY dollar goes, and then object or approve of each deposit they make??

Better yet, everyone be 90% self sustainable and self sufficeint, because we all have land to do so...because we were not meant to be bron HOMELESS or without land on such a HUGE planet were we?

6-buy my food locally, and without receipt; so as not to pay into the system.
7-work inside my local area to promote a parallel economic system dealing in cash.
8-Always be patient with my ignorant, but not stupid fellow country men.
9-Putting up simple easy to see pictorial flyers on as many telephone poles, and bulletin boards as I can.
10-speak out in my local community, at my county commissioners meetings, and at the community centers.
11-not using the US Postal Service, or any other mega corp shipper. I'll use the net, and faxes as much as possible.
12- I will find alternatives to needing to use big bro' oil. I will not be at their mercy. I definitely will have it on hand, but not be dependent.

Okay, that was all I could think of for 6 through 12.

I want a Sancho flag; similar to philandia. I will have Sancho land, land of the everything goes, as long as You behave!!!

The only other thing I have to add right now to this thread is I am a Free Man on the land, and will never go back

I'm definitely going to be showing this to my more open-minded and knowledgeable friends.

I'm trying to imagine the Federal Government attempting some sort of recourse over this....I mean it's not like they could deport you

Worst case scenario, rendition. Okay, that's pretty damn bad but everybody that I know would make a massive stink about this. Before I send it out, i'm going to let the friends and family know what I plan on doing, just in case.

I do not think they would try rendition but maybe. You bring up a good point. I will make sure that I inform all of my family members, also I know a couple of lawyers that I will give this info. I will inform a couple of friends also, their kind of the ex military type, to contact the lawyers if I do not show up for a hunting expedition.

It's not something that I had originally considered when reading this,
BUT the possibility is there isn't it? We all know how easy it would be for
them to just scream "terrorist!" and then haul our asses away.
Perhaps i'm slightly paranoid, but millions of people DO disappear every year.
Scary thought no?

An outstanding thread and well put together and laid out.

It is time for us all to accept the responsibility that comes inherent with our humanity and place here on earth and the Universe and stop shirking our sacred duty to be sovereign and stop handing it over by default for others to use and abuse in our good name.

It is time we restored our names and let A/any and A/all know WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE STAND FOR.

Excellent job

Heck yeah!
It would be such an amazing and liberating experience to kick them all out on their sorry butts. Justice would still not be completely done in my opinion, many of these people should be on trial for various nefarious(i'm a rapper) and downright dirty deeds.

Thanks for the compliment. I know, everyone in my family feels the same way as I do, but they always tell me that there is nothing we can do. That is why I have been working on this.

Thanks for the compliment. Maybe I should add in that I know about the 13th amendment and if they do not start rescinding all unconstitutional mandates WE THE PEOPLE WILL HAVE THEM ALL BROUGHT UP ON TREASON CHARGES
