Swine Flu Quarantine Rules?

I've heard from a thread on ATS that either now or possibly in the future if you refuse the Swine flu vaccination that you would have to be quarantines for 30 days in your home, and if you are hoarding food they will confiscate it from you, to assure death leading to the whole NWO business.
But do they put you on house arrest? How could they assure that you don't have someone bring you food?(If that's what they plan on doing)
I just want some predictions on how you think they're going to do it.

LOL! Yes, in an emergency, they can put you on house arrest for quarantine, but they won't be confiscating food or making sure you die!!

I know there are several references to the actual statutes on ATS, I will make a quick search and try to bring them back.
