The fact that the US Government has worked diligently, for years, to have McKinnon extradited to the United States for trial on "computer hacking and malicious mischief" charges -- with the prospect of a 70-year prison term if he's convicted! -- has been interpreted by some as "proof" that McKinnon's claims are true. And, that the US Government is determined to "make an object lesson" out of McKinnon -- so that far more sophisticated computer hackers now will not dare pursue his claims. Richard C. Hoagland, former NASA consultant and participant in NASA's most ambitious space effort 40 years ago, the Apollo Missions to the Moon, now brings totally independent evidence to McKinnon's extraordinary testimony: Startling new data -- supporting the now-verifiable existence of "a Secret Space Program" ....

Why was Liverpool chosen? Cant believe i haven't heard more about this.
Larry Warren (Lawrence P. Warren or Lawrence Patrick Warren, Larry Patrick Warren or Larry P. Warren), who used the pseudonym Art Wallace, was a member of the US Air Force Security Police stationed at an American base on British soil. He is most famously known for his involvement in the Rendlesham Forest Incident and has published a book on this event co-authored with Peter Robbins. He claims that was taken from his guard post to investigate strange lights in a forest clearing near the base. Here he and other enlisted men and officers apparently confronted an alien craft on the ground. in addition, the base deputy commander has come forward to verify some of the details in this case; this has led to its being called "the British Roswell" - one of the most talked about UFO cases of recent times. He lives in Liverpool, England.
