The internet has proven to be a great tool for so many of us, or just a way to escape the stress of daily life.. and a great way to interact with others in a forum such as this.

But the internet is also used by those with other things in mind... every thing from perversions to political agendas.

And now we have the terrorists using the internet to spread anti-American messages and propaganda.

Web a 'vital tool' for Islamists


A radical Islamist website exhibited video pictures claiming to show the beheading of an American in Iraq. It is one of many such sites that have appeared in the past few years with the aim of spreading a militant, anti-western message....

The internet can bring the best of the world to you, and the worst.

The war is always just a click away.

The cyber age has made it possible for terrorists to communicate, plan attacks, spread propaganda, and now show us compressed video of murder.

Wow we have come a long way, Haven't we?
