What problem do I have? The problem that I can see the difference between a nurturing act and a sexual one?

If parent's are uncomfortable with the issue, don't purchase the doll. Little kids will mimic the act of breastfeeding if they've seen it done before but not as a sexual act. Just like my GI Joe doll (that's right, I called him a doll-he had real hair) would fight alongside my barbie and Wonder Woman dolls to save those in distress. Just like they will play feed a baby and 'I'm going to get in my car and go to work' just like adults do.
