He is the scum of the earth as far as I can tell, drowning and electrocuting dogs. They said he kept regular non fighting dogs around as practice dummies, to be torn to shreds by the viciously trained pit bulls.

I read that he even took part in killing the dogs first hand and was known to break their backs when they lost. It takes a sick freak to be that cruel and stupid.

He was also a terrible s****y QB who couldn't throw a slant route if his life depended on it. He sucked before, and now that he is slower and older he wont be able to run away from defenses...so there goes 99% of his skill set down the tubes.

I hope he ends up working fries at a Bojangles in the outskirts of Decatur, GA. I also hope Bubba had him grabbing his ankles for the last year and a half.

And any team who does sign him is going to be blackballed and picketed weekly. Vick will get no sympathy from dog lovers of this country.

Yeah they mentioned a few other good teams including the Steelers as a good place for him to play. This was pretty much sports talk speculation (although they have a way of being right). There's flat no way Pittsburgh would touch a guy like that even if he was good.

Still, hope springs eternal and if he could somehow pull off a complete turn around as a person some good could come of it. As tough as that would be, I see it more likely than him becoming a good qb.

I cant believe the things that they have drug this poor man through just for a little dog fighting.

What a disgusting attitude you have about this
. This poor man ?? What about all the poor animals he tortured and maimed ! Do you actually have no idea what this man did, or are you just that coldhearted ? Dogs that are forced to fight lead miserable lifes and go through horrendous torture.

Farmers don't force their animals to fight each other (being literally ripped to shreds in the process) for their preverse amusement.

I hope no team ever takes him, he should never be allowed to play proffessional sports again where children may idolize someone with a flawed character like his.

They shouldn't have locked him up they should have put him in a cage with a couple of pits that were "bred to attack him" and let them have at him.

Randomly torturing animals is not the same as raising an animal to fight. These dogs are bred to fight. It is their nature.

No it's not their nature. They were trained to fight by force. Any person that treats animals like this is a disgusting excuse for a human being as well as anyone that approves of this behavior.

I heard people talking about NE being a good place for him to go. I dunno, just don't see it.

I don't think he would be welcome here in NE.He's a punk animal abuser and a half-assed QB.

I just heard Vick was spotted in the Boston airport today. How bout that rumor?

Couldn't agree more. What a sociopath. I really wish there was an avenue for higher punishment in these cases. He is the epitome of what I hate, and you can argue the difference between human and animal life, but he did this to hundreds if not thousands of potentially positive animals. Animals who could've had a good life and could have had families who appreciated them.

I hope the prison time broke him in half. I hope every time he drops back in the pocket, some outside linebacker is bringing up the fact he probably has some boyfriends he's leaving behind in the slammer.

And i have to laugh when people say its part of the culture.. Part of the culture??? Yeah, and it used to be part of the culture to sacrifice virgins to a volcano god too! Guess what, we cut out those cancerous parts of society and we're better for it.

I don't even consider people like him human beings, and I'd spit in his face if I ever saw him, then probably be beaten to within an inch of my life.

/end caffeine-fueled rant.

I'm quoting myself here, that's a first for me. But my word on the street was right. So it seems.

Three years ago, the idea of Michael Vick and Tom Brady on the same roster would have been unfathomable. Today, it could become a reality.
Vick is currently working out for the Patriots staff at Gillette Stadium, a very reliable NFL source just told me. The source said, as of 3:30 p.m., Vick was on the field attempting to display that he remains one of the most athletic players the NFL had seen prior to his arrest.

Wow that is just great news. I wish him the best and hope he gets on the team. Just think he could walk away from all of this with a Super Bowl ring. He has paid his debt to society so it is time to forgive and forget.

You can take Michael Vick out of the ghetto. But you can not take the ghetto out of Michael Vick. He will be back in jail shortly.

I have no tolerance for gangsters. Whether they can play sports or not means less than nothing to me. Sports gangsters are lower than Hollywood porn sluts.

That was a good one ! Darth Belichick has been doing a bit of an Oakland thing as of late. I thought he kept it pretty classy up to this point.

Nice scoop.

Seems like your source was mistaken...

Friday was a wild one in New England after various media outlets had erroneously reported that Michael Vick was in Foxboro for a workout. That ended up not being the case, with Vick reportedly instead spending the day in a Virginia federal bankruptcy court.

It's looking pretty solid that he's going to the Ravens. If so, I think he landed quite well. Great team and Ray Lewis is just the guy to help him find the higher ground.

All of his faults aside, it will be interesting to see how they use him. DM seems to lose interest sometimes. They're very well coached imo. Can't wait for the show to start.
