A theory on the NWO's use of Sex offenders in it's vast plan.

So living in Texas for a while now I have seen many things on mainstream media on sex offenders, as well as nationwide and even global. Recently while watching an NWO video on Youtube discussing the chip something ocurred to me.

Over the last 15 years since the public registry and database became public after being signed into law by George Bush under the Megan laws, the registry has grown quite extensively, as well as the laws intensifying it. I started digging on some of the statistics and learned a few interesting statistics and facts surrounding it. Please make note I am not trying to in any way defend pedophilia or the sick acts done by people to innocent children, just wanting to share some of the things I have learned and get input from others here.

Since the Public registry was created some 15 years ago, the size of the registry had almost quadrupled and will probably reach over a million registered sex offenders within 2 years. Much of it's inflation can be attributed to teenage and underage girls having had consentual sex or a mere kiss for that matter, both landing you on the registry in most cases for life. The youngest registered sex offender on the list right now is 6 years old. Even Elvis was 23 when he had relations with a then 14 year old Priscilla. Many enhancements to the law were put into affect after a young girl named Ashley Estell was kidnapped, raped, and murdered by an accused and sentenced already sex offender creating more laws to encompass more people to the registry. Zoom ahead to 2008 and now DNA evidence recently cleared the sex offender of having committed this crime, but the laws had already done their deeds. At this point in America 1 in 167 males is a registered sex offender.

Now most people can differentiate between the teenage boys who had consentual sex with an underage girl and Joe Blow who was 47 and molested his 7 year old neice, but all are thrown into the same database and registry under the same label "Sex Offender".

Now mainstream media almost on a daily basis reports of the horrific crimes of some old man raping an 11 year old girl. I'm sure we all see these on a daily basis on the news. It makes us cringe and sick to our stomaches, and creates a growing fear within us for our own children. Thoughts of our sons or daughters playing outside and then kidnapped and raped. When we check the database we see we have 6 or 7 "sex offenders" living within a mile of our home. Being that a majority of the population does not differentiate between the teens consentuals and the old predators, we see them all the same. The fear is then becoming mass hysteria against anyone deemed a sex offender with so many of them everywhere you go.

With this mass hysteria creating an urgency for the need to find our children immediately, the need for the chip become of a necessity at this point, and not just a want. With the implementation of the chip into children, the move for all to obtain it is right around the corner.

The fact of the matter is that sex offenders have the smallest rate of recidivism then any other category, falling at round 3% and that more then 80% of child molestation occurs with people within the family or close kin/ friends. But with the media is portrayed as though they are on every street corner waiting to take your child as soon as you turn your head.

Ironically the big acceleration of lobbying the bills, and daily coverage came around the first rumors of the chips existence in the mid to late 90's about 5 years after Bush signed the Sex Offender database into affect. With the heavy increase of offenders that have saturated the database over the past 15 years, and the panic created by the media, the plan for the chip is very close to its introuction and implementation phase. Is it just a coincidence?The amount of offenders 50 years before the registry is but a tiny fraction of the amount just within the last 15 years. Thoughts?

The databases for sex offenders are experimental. They are seeing how effective they are, and they will then create an identical, or improved database for all federal prisoners. That will then grow until everyone that commits a minor traffic violation (maybe on one of their cameras), a misdemeanor, and so on will be in an electronic database. That's just a conspiracy theory.

I think sex offendor needs to be more explicitly defined. It should't include anyone under 18. Also, crimes should have a time period for being in the database depending on the severity. Statutory rape "offendors" shouldn't be in the database as long as a true pedophile or child rapist.

I've managed to not commit any crimes for 22 years. The more I read the news and internet, I don't think I'll make it my whole life without becoming a criminal or entering a database because they make SO many laws. For one, I don't know all of the laws, I just use my common sense, but I don't think legislators have any.

Yes, it is a possibility that 'they' shall introduce chipping humans this way, as, as you say the media hype whips the gullible up into a frenzy and they will demand this goes ahead to 'protect the kids'.

As for people on the register, if the man or woman is over 18 and the victim is 14 or under, they should be on it for life, no question.

If there is a boy of say 16 and a girl of say 14...it would be rediculous to put either of them on the register at all.

The U.S. puts 6 year olds on the sex offenders register?!! Now i really have heard everything! Are your policy makers a bit 'special' or something?! (OK, i know Bush Jr. is, but they can't all be as dumb as a pile of bricks!)

What next, 14 year olds put on for looking at porno mags?

A little known fact about sex offenders...the recidivism as compared with other offender types is much lower. Juvenile sex offenders on that list have like a 2% chance to recommit a similar crime. In my opinion, they rushed out and labeled everything under the sun as a sex offense. Violent sex offenders need to not be let out of prison, no need for a list. People in between that that maybe used manipulation should be on that list. Then there are consensual sex offenses, as defined by age. Anyone under a certain age cannot consent. Yet, some of the people labeled as sex offenders couldn't consent either, some as young as 6 (that's an extreme case).

I believe it to be highly possible that the PTB targeted sex offenders for some reason that I have no clue.

The State must declare the child to be the most precious treasure of the people. As long as the government is perceived as working for the benefit of the children, the people will happily endure almost any curtailment of liberty and almost any deprivation.

A 2006 ballot initiative before the voters of Cook County, Illinois read, "For the health and safety of children and the entire community, shall the State of Illinois enact a comprehensive ban on the manufacture, sale, delivery and possession of military-style assault weapons and .50 caliber rifles?"

You got most of the issues right and almost on one.

You didnt go far enough.

Theory is that:

Start with a public database of SO's then move on the RFID for SO's.

Move onto a database for the public of who is on parole and then probation.

Move from there to a database for those who are felons. Making all Felons register.

At the same time start out with a DNA database for anyone convicted (thats already happining)

Move from the DNA for convicts to DNA database for being arrested (State of Colorado this year)

Now lets propose ... chips for sex offenders (yes even the 6 year old). Who would appose this? Would you?

Oh but crime rates are going up (effect of the economy). Now we must RFID chip all dangerous felons.

Next clasify all felons as dangerous.

Now you are RFID on all felons...

Move onto lesser crimes maybe?

Crimes other then the obvious listed as sex crimes:

Mooning someone.
You can be arrested for exposer to a child for urinated in a public restroom if there is a child there.
Showing undergarmets in some cities (not inforced yet in most places but some excisting laws allow for this)
Anyform of flashing (ladies this means you)
Solictation of a child (you can be charged with this for talking about sex-ed with a child even your own)
If you take a picture of your child in the bathtub (most parents think its cute... the cops thinks its child porn)
Bathing your child and being of the opposite sex.
Spanking your child.

The list goes on of people charged under sex crimes for doing the above.
I could do alot of research for you about this and post links but I am to lazy.

On another note: You could dress your child up like Jon Bonee Ramsey and put her on a street corner in the middle of downtown of most cities and your chances of them getting abducted in still 1 in a million.

You though will get arrested for child prostitution if you do this by the way.

And Yes Its a Nazism scheme.
