German prosecutors formally charged John Demjanjuk on Monday with 27,900 counts of being an accessory to murder at a Nazi death camp during World War II.

The charges against the 89-year-old retired auto worker, who was deported from the U.S. in May, were filed at a Munich state court, prosecutors in the city said in a brief statement. There was no immediate word on when a trial might start.

This was the guy who was deported from the US and now he is charged for the Nazi killings during WW2. He was just a guard at one of the holocaust camps (There were so many other guards then)

The NWO is again at the forefront here, and Jews must be celebrating. The evidence against this person has not been made public and one wonders if people like him are the fall guys for the US.

If he was guilty then why punish him now at 89? Why was he allowed to live in the US for so long. And if for 50 years there was no evidence against him, then where did they get evidence against him now?

You don't really believe they counterfeited this evidence, do you? What motive does the NWO have, if you think so?

if ex-nazi prisoner guards are getting charged for war crimes, than why isnt the US government getting charged for collaborating with Nazi war criminals in operation paper clip?

I meant that he was just a guard then, he is bound to have a photo id and training. In Nazi Germany in those days, it was not considered bad to be a guard at the Nazi camps. Someone had to be guarding those camps. We are all looking at it from the hindsight

What I feel is that this person is a fall guy for the US and the NWO, and the real people behind the holocaust (if they are alive, and I know many have been punished already) will never be punished.

Cool so does that mean that GWB and his cronies will be prosecuted for the deaths of millions of Afghans and Iragis then?
Or will we have to wait 60 odd years until they're either dead or forgotten about?

Most concentration camp guards were SS soldiers who had been wounded and were recovering from their wounds on "light duty" before being sent back to the Eastern front. They certainly dident have a choice of being there or not, it was an assignment.

Leave the man alone, having to sleep with the sights of the concentration camps whenever he closes his eyes for 60 years is punishment enough. In addition, he's 89 years old ... he will be meeting his maker sometime soon.

They already tried to have him prosecuted once before, only that time they were adamant that he was in fact someone completely different. By "they" I mean the crazy Jewish nut jobs who have to keep waving WWII at us at every opportunity. That all fell apart as there was no evidence so now they claim he is someone else entirely. Failure to prosecute is not an option for these people!

What of the Israeli government's deliberate irradiation of 100,000 Sephardi children, condemning many to an early and painful death, and thus ensuring the Ashkenazi Jews dominance in the fledgling state? Ok, maybe that doesn't count as a war crime as it wasn't war, but they did this to defenceless Jewish children. The people responsible all went on to hold high positions in the Israeli leadership, in fact some still do, yet they have the gall to keep waving WWII at us and crying "victim" at every turn.

Actually, that episode dovetails nicely with some of the more recent discussion on Eugenics. How ironic that a nation supposedly built on the claim of persecution, turns to Eugenics in order to destroy a perceived underclass and ensure their own dominance!
