This is my belief as well FSBlueApocalypse, the work around is obvious I think.
The jurno's write their articles and post them when they became Respected, people will login for their Local or International news.
They would work separately at first than join up with other Respected Jurno's.

I do believe this is where we could get a new circulation of the Real Local Papers,still in paper format again(real local news
),where ever you are.
