My idea on the issue is this. I believe that those are fake and that they were tipped off purposefully ,so that the real ones could pass thru undetected. I have no doubt that they are indeed fake.

Thanks for your input cloaked4u.

In fact, the pleading says that

A: They were made to look fake "on purpose, for cover" and also to trap anyone who tried to cash them without knowing the secret-knock or secret password.

B: Goldman Sachs, the United Nations both, according to this pleading, confirmed the bonds to be authentic.

Notice again, that Goldman Sachs is in this as well, and they say the bonds are real.

I have mentioned Princeton Economics dude Martin Armstrong in this thread, he has a lot to say about Goldman Sachs and the gov't of Japan. also please note that the plaintiffs in this, the Chinese money bosses, claim several Japanese bonds in this suit, therefore one is left to understand that the ponzi was run by Goldman using the Japanese government. Well, perhaps anyway, I am no lawyer.

But as to your point "they are fake", well its a bit more complex than that. How does one know if a check is fake, yet appears really real? You can only do that at the issuing bank. And if the bank is owned by criminals (as explained in this suit) then they will operate as a criminal bank. You know, like in that last Batman movie where the Joker robs a criminal (mob) bank.

Point is, criminal banks have secret code words and schemes flowing out of them.

EDIT: Here's the paragraph.. Three years prior to "The Chaisso Incident" to which this whole thread refers:

65. Upon information and belief, approximately three years prior to this incident, the investment banking firm of Goldman Sachs in the United States had formally authenticated the FRNs entrusted to KEENAN and owned by the Dragon Family, virtually identical to and sharing the identical history of the FRNs seized at Chiasso. KEENAN believes that all of the 1934 FRNs, including those seized by the Italian authorities at Chiasso, as well as the DFFI entrusted to KEENAN, were fully backed by United States gold bullion, authentic, and subject to verification by the Federal Reserve when properly presented by the legitimate holder or their representative, i.e., plaintiff herein, KEENAN.

Thanks for the info. So, where did the bonds go, where are they now and who has them? I bet marilyn monroe knew something about this also. Probably why they got rid of her. With ties to jfk. This all ties together in the takeover of america way back then, how sad. The coup. All downhill i'm afraid. We are DOOMED.

If you would read, you see quickly that your question, is specifically mentioned in the pleading. They should legally be destroyed, isn't that your understanding of counterfeit money? Please do come out from under your cloak, intellectually speaking that is.

I bet marilyn monroe knew something about this also. Probably why they got rid of her. With ties to jfk.

Wow, you suck at this don't you? Anyway, Marylin was lovely and yes, she was probably murdered. Tell me, do you think men would kill women, if they get too uppity? You don't have to answer but Marylin's ghost hovers over your shoulder.

This all ties together in the takeover of america way back then, how sad. The coup.

Yes it is very sad to murder others or to steal people's gold or to manipulate a nation using mass media as the Nazis did so well. Yes, the events of Kennedy's death were huge, but what could cause a nation to perpetuate billion dollar bonds with his picture on them? That is the true question.

But then anyway, Andrew Jackson hated the Rothschild bank and they put him on the 20 FRN note of today, so if they can't kill their enemies outright, they'll try to mock them in perpetuity by issuing their likeness on some paper ponzi money-of-nations. I mean holy crap this is pure street shucksterism here. If we do not get to see these bonds, then we must assume they are as Goldman Sachs said they were, legit.

All downhill i'm afraid. We are DOOMED.

Not necessarily.

Recall that fine Hollywodd film "Back to the Future". In that movie, the main character Marty McFly, goes back to November, 1955. And when he gets to his mother's house, the family including the father has never heard of John F. Kennedy. He says "Who the hell is John F. Kennedy?". Just 8 years later, the perfectly-filmed on 8mm film, was shown to us all thanks to a random man, Abraham Zapruder.

Think if we'd not had the Zapruder film? Where would we be, information-wise, as to how a killing like that, actually was planned, and executed. With a cut-out man like Oswald and everything.

For almost fifty years now, people have lived with that event. It is horrific, and it could happen to any head of state --but only with the okay, of "the very top", and this "very top" is specifically mentioned, in this lawsuit. So I agree it is ironic that these conspiracies draw together, but in any mystery, doesn't Sherlock Holmes get more and more of the scent towards the end? And doesn't he find unconnected events connected at the end? Of course he does.

Out of the middle of nowhere a thought just came in my mind. Similar events like this do occur, but in other ways. Let me explain. There was actually a Hedge Fund Manager that even took the bait.

I'll have to search it again, but here is the story to the best of my abilities.

This HF Manager is in trouble. Totally cooking the books. Basically running a massive ponzi.

Well, he is in so deep he goes to "some guy" that is supposedly carrying around special notes ( bonds ) from the Federal Reserve, in this official looking FR case that is just full of the same sort of thing being described in this case. I guess these were presented to the HF Manager as special "Federal Reserve Bonds" IIRC.

Anyway, long story short, these were totally fake and he bought them for a LARGE SUM OF MONEY. Just shows how stupid even the smartest can be.

I have no doubt this entire story is totally made up and not true at all. I do believe that there were Japanese people passing out these fake bonds as real ones. I can 100% go with that. But when the story diverges from there is when I have to laugh a bit. I mean seriously, this is just a story generated for internet advertising revenue. Sadly, this is becoming the internet. I'll gladly eat every hat in the room if this story contains any truth.

Funny, well strange. It never stops does it?

Also, I finally found the link to the New York Times article here, which says a lot
about the high strangeness of this story, especially being that the suspects were let go.

Really, how is it that men smuggling fake bonds are not arrested?

You were right, Italy. Here is the story.. they were heading towards Swiss.

Or where they might have been going. “Switzerland may not have been their final destination,” he said in a recent interview. “They could have taken a plane anywhere.” Also unknown are the whereabouts of the two men, who were released after being stopped in early June. Italian law does not call for the criminal arrest of persons found to be taking funds without permission to another country. It might have been another matter if the police had determined immediately that the bonds were false.

Well, it is utterly pathetic how little attention ATS has paid to this thread.

In fact, the silence is deafening. Silence, ALWAYS serves the lie, and never serves the truth. Anyway, in the spirit of truth, let's continue.

First off, the claimings in this pleading, of the "Dragon Family" aka the "Kuomintang" seems to have had a history prior to the 1933 FDR gold-heist, which involved scumbag communist arms dealers like this guy:

en.wikipedia.org...

Mikhail Markovich Borodin (July 9, 1884 - May 29, 1951) was the alias of Mikhail Gruzenberg, a Comintern agent and Soviet arms dealer.

Borodin was born in Yanovich, located in modern Vitsebsk Voblast, Belarus. He joined the Bolshevik party in Imperial Russia in 1903. In 1907, he was arrested and chose to depart for the United States in 1908. While there, he attended classes at Valparaiso University. After the October Revolution, he returned to his motherland in 1918, working in the foreign relations department. From 1919 to 1922, he worked in Mexico, the United States and the United Kingdom as a Comintern agent.

As Comintern agent in China between 1923 and 1927, Borodin arranged shipments of Soviet arms to the Kuomintang government in Canton, China. He was a prominent adviser to Dr. Sun Yat Sen at that time. Following his suggestion, the Kuomintang allowed communists to join, and the Whampoa Military Academy was established.

So the point is that prior to the alleged bonds being given to the Kuomintang government, that they had been working with chinese Marxists.

Therefore, in this whole lawsuit, I sense a sort of "set up". That is to say, the plaintiff here, the lawyer who filed this pleading, he is asking for "one trillion dollars". Now really, as an American, does he think that an award in the plaintiff's favor, the "Dragon Family", is going to somehow be good, for the world?

Marxism in general, is a horrible blight on the Earth.

So how does the man filing this lawsuit, feel that by damaging the US (last free nation on Earth) via a trillion dollar award, that he is going to somehow make this world better? In fact his whole life's purpose seems to have been profit, in the sense that the Dragon Family (according to the lawsuit) had offered him 30% of the profits of the Dragon Family Financial Instruments, if he would represent them. So he really only got entangled here, to make big bucks. So therefore, anyone who steps onto the biggest body-pile in history (the Marxist body-pile I mean, which is liled millions-of-bodies high), just to make a pile of money, is not really a person operating from their best.

In essence, Marxism is hell. Anyone who lived through Stalin's decapitation of his own Army in the 1930's or the Chinese purges of Mao, must agree. But since Marxist countries simply gulag their dissenters, well, we never get to hear the complaints.

So in reading this lawsuit, I do believe it is a legal weapon, aimed at the Western world. I do not agree with Ben Fulford that suddenly the Asians are going to help the world. Both China and Russia have a long way to go before they would be showing the spirit of Jesus, the good and peaceful King. If you look closely, you'll see that Marxism has Jesus, as its most hated person. That is why the origins of Communism as such, are based on using the spirit of Jesus, in an evil way. Jesus says "do not store up treasures on Earth" ...And the Marxist douchebags take that fine idea, and run it up a tree by saying that NOBODY shall have any property at all. Do you see? They take a great idea, and they pump it up until it becomes evil.

So anyway, although this lawsuit does seem to incriminate the Vatican, the Jesuits (assuming that is what's meant in the lawsuit by "protected from the very top"), and the United Nations (Rockefeller/Rothschild), I do feel that for this judge to render a verdict in the favor of the Plaintiff would be horrific for the US, and therefore, for freedom.

True lovers of peace, must defend the US. Not try to damage it in court. Also, it is wrong to hold the common people accountable for what the Federal Reserve did to us. We must blame the forces behind the Marxists, the forces behind such assheads as Jacob Schiff, Paul Warburg, Messrs Rothschild and yes, FDR and the forces behind him.

Much relevant here, at 5:43 as to how much gold is in Italy, and that 60% of Germany's gold is in the US. But, how of it is salted with even say 20% tungsten (debauching metal is not difficult)? And how can we ever know?

Max nails it at 6:00 when he says "The animosities from WW2, of course, are still festering"

It is funny when they mention "technocrats". Because I would say that when they say "Technocrat", hat they mean is "math-o-crat". Because it is pseudo-math, which gives us the black-scholes equation and other financial weapons of speculation and mass destruction and boom and bust cycles. It's lying-through-numbers, that is the true tool of the rich.

Hmm tell me know: Is "voting", a technology? And in what ways if so?

But see, the whole concept of "technology" is actually about simplicity. I am saying that tech = simpler. It is a fallacy to equate tech with more complexity. An example of technology would be the scene in that fine Hollywodd film "2001: A Space Odyssey" where one ape, discovers that a tool (tech) allows him to do more, to accomplish more. Now then, it is true that he uses tech, to clobber the other tribe. That's key to realize: Tech means the tech-weilding apes, will be able to slaughter the non-tech-wielding apes. Think hard on if paper money and "bonds", are technology.

Therein, lies the true key to understanding what these new-rulers mean when they say "technocrat". What they mean is "math-lies-o-crats". Because speculation, as such, means there always has to be a loser-class. And this maxim, in the end, means that eventually the house wins it all. 1% will dominate the other 99%, as is the nature of any sawdust casino. That's why no sawdust type casino can last for long. By their nature, they are on the run. There truly is a technology of theft, though it will be a revelation for most people to learn about it. They do not see how much thought goes into stealing, creatively. And how much respect the tribe of thieves, gives to their fellow creative stealers. When the masses wake up to the technology of theivery, they will probably by outraged, as planned. But if a guy gets ripped off through loaded dice-craps-game, is the judge going to listen to his plea?

If I sit down at a loaded dice craps-game, and I throw my money down, is the judge gonna listen to my pleading that I deserve to be given back my winnings? If I sit down at the side of a cardboard box, and play craps with some people in a warehouse, can I then appeal in the court of the town, and claim that I was defrauded? That is a very simple and key question.

Legally, I think the judge would say that when you go into a warehouse, seeking to make profit by throwing dice, you have a priori, surrendered many options and rights at that point.

And yet, 88% of jury decisions AGAINST corporate defendants, are reversed by judges. So the real person cannot ever win in court, versus the corporate person. That is the ultimate truth. That is why I have recommended Superjury(tm), where people gather in stadiums like rock concerts, interconnected by telephones, and thereby create the single largest jury that has ever existed. The idea is that each issue would be voted by the people, by doing "The Wave", either clockwise for yea, and counterclockwise for nay. In this way, if both waves travel around the stadium equally, then the issue needs more discussion.

I am suggesting the end of all middlemen, the removal of all ticks, from the dog of humanity.

Only by seizing all power, at once, as a plebescite in real time, can the inertia toward the sacrifice of war, be halted. Everyone has to stand up for themselves, literally, by doing "The Wave" and voting in real time, at Superjury(tm). That would be my suggestion to try and prevent WW3. Superjury(tm) removes all power from the top of the pyramid and gives it to the lower tiers.

Not that this domain is in pursuit of truth, but I may as well be consistent and keep trying. [shrug]

Where's H G Wells and all the Internationalists?

BTW, the failed version 1.0 of the UN, called the League of Nations, got created by the same Jesuit (Woody Wilson) who with Mandell House (wanna-be colonel) allowed Schiff and Warburg to rape the US and steal the gold from Americans. Again: Jesuit intrigues just like the Count of Monte Cristo. The army of Jesus seems to be a cruel, avenging army, totally unlike Jesus in every way.

Well anyway, I have explained that the bluehats will be used against the US. The UN is a tax collecting force, but now as you can read in this court document, they are just outright stealing.

Just TRY getting this court case on the US media channel somewhere. It's impossible. You can't do it. The US TV network is completely truth-proof! They had a channel called "CourtTV" and they removed it, and now it's called TruTV. How did Court, become "tru"?? Anyway, Jesse Ventura's show is fun. Is he gonna do a 5 minute youtoobe about this court case? Well since he is possibly a Jesuit co-adjudicator, I am sure he won't touch this court case with a ten foot pole.

Step up if ye be real, because all around are fakes.

115. Marinov had the clear understanding that what was being discussed was an "Italian conspiracy to steal the Bonds with approval being granted by the Secretary General, BAN KI-moon himself." BRUNO proceeded to take the position that "this is not a very large undertaking ... in accordance to UN standards" and he then stated that the UN was "in the process of confiscating Trillions and Trillions of Dollars in assets within the next couple of months and no one could do anything about it." When Marinov inquired as to whether the money being confiscated belonged to the UN, BRUNO responded "of course not!"
