You forgot he appeared on a episode of Sesame Street that parodied Law and Order.

The internet movie data base credits the Detective Munch character as having been played by the voice of another actor. I put that in as a side note, although I think Mr Belzer has appeared uncredited on Sesame Street as there is nothing stated on the Imdb site.
