Chipped individual Interview quest

Hello, I am searching for a video (I believe it was in Youtube) of a man that claimed he was chipped/implanted either by aliens and/or by the shadow goverment.
He appeared on the video and was saying about his experience, and at a time in the video he said, the chip is now active, I sense heat (something like that), they are watching us now (the goverment).. something like that if I remember correctly.
Does anyone has seen this video/interview and remember where it is now?
