Denied Access to Media-section of ATS? I'm registered here though.

I'm registered to AboveTopSecret.com, but I'm unable to sign in to Media.AboveTopSecret.com. What should I do to have full-access to upload content to the Media-section?

Must I re-register (in other words: get a separate account) at Media.AboveTopSecret.com?

Did you try logging in with your exact username and password from ATS? That seems to work for everyone else.

Yes, I did so. My password had been reset to something totally different than the password I used to login to AboveTopSecret.com. I'll make sure the same password is used for both accounts (at media.abovetopsecret.com & abovetopsecret.com) I've made at this website.

I am having this problem too. I log in to the media portal, and can view my profile, and previously uploaded files from Media Home. But when I click on upload, the site redirects to a protected page message.

Any suggestions?
