Linkie to the casino site.

Long Street Casino

Looks like Google Maps is (oh no!) wrong again.

That'd be a good day of gambling and ducking ordinance, though, huh?

Bad Google. Bad!

Imagine some poor family getting directions from Google and attempting to drive to Area 51 for Longstreet Inn & Casino. I can just picture the minivan bolting pass the security sign, like in National Lampoon's Vacation and the closed road.

I was out by Cedar Pipeline Ranch and this Toyota minivan goes zooming down the road, which eventually leads to a gate that is an entrance to the TTR. It looked very much unlike what a base worker drives, which is often a white truck. My gut feeling was this guy had no clue what road he was on. I watched via binocs and sure enough, the guy was turned back at the gate. He drove past us looking a bit POd.

The Cedar Ranch Road appears on many map databases, but it is not always marked that you can't cross it.
