She used the "From each according to his ability.." quote. I've used it here fairly often to describe Obama's policies. He's been advocating it for years.

She said people are asking the question. Biden wanted softball questions.

Obama's team took their ball and went home.

There was no bias in the Florida Biden interview. Perhaps you would prefer that someone such as Fidel Castro, Hugo Chavez, or Mamoud Ahmadinejad be asking all the questions.

These are the guys who WANT Obama/Biden to win. So of course, they would ask the nice fuzzy-feeling softball questions that would appeal to your political sense of fairness.

If anything, she asked fair questions because Obama brought this on himself by literally QUOTING KARL MARX!

And its Biden's own fault this thing exploded. He responded poorly which is not surprising to me, since they are expecting a coronation.

He SNEERED at the anchorwoman for not asking "the right questions," and worse yet, he SNEERED at every American who gives a damn.

The question remains: How do he and Obama differ from socialists if they want to "spread the wealth around?"

She works for McCain, her husband works for him. The Obama campaign cut off farther interviews with her after finding out she's a McCain Minion.

Where in the world do you get this stuff. First you claim her husband works for McCain now you claim the reporter does. You have yet to back up the claim and you are the only one to actually state that claim.

First......someone says.....

She asked tough questions. Joe whined and didn't answer.
Now the Obama camp is taking their ball and running home.

Hmmmm, and again?

What was so biased on the interview? she just asked him to explain what he had meant on his comment regarding Obama?,just another case of the Dem's whining again,if you don't do things my way I'll take my ball and go home, how childish

And then you.....

Obama's team took their ball and went home

A talking point is a neologism for an idea which may or may not be factual, usually compiled in a short list with summaries of a speaker's agenda for public or private engagements. Public relations professionals, for example, sometimes prepare "talking points memos" for their clients to help them more effectively conform public presentations with this advice. A political think tank will strategize the most effective informational attack on a target topic and launch talking points from media personalities to saturate discourse in order to frame a debate in their favor, standardizing the responses of sympathizers to their unique cause while simultaneously co-opting the language used by those discussing the specific subject. When used politically in this way, the typical purpose of a talking point is to propagandize, specifically using the technique of argumentum ad nauseam, i.e. continuous repetition within media outlets until accepted as fact.

I think that is over-explaining.

Typical liberal tact: When the simple truth doesn't work out for you, contort and confuse things.

Its like Obama trying to explain increased welfare checks as a tax cut for the middle class. No, he's RAISING TAXES on EVERYBODY, and is going to ~ahem~ "refund" that money in the form of handouts.

Its all smoke and mirrors. Obama's tax-cuts furthermore assumes letting the Bush tax-cuts expire, while giving us a much much smaller tax-cut in return. The net effect is a tax increase AND a spending increase.

Fancy logic when trying to trick people into thinking its a simple tax cut for all but the wealthy.

But as for the interview, a simple question was asked of Biden. Thats all.

No talking points. And we don't need a professorial thesis analyzing the subliminal intentions wherein the interviewer has locked into some secret vein of hatred and bias according to the most obscure principles of political sabotage to understand a simple question. Its not that scientific.

She's a reporter, she was interviewing him, she asked a simple question. It blew up. Biden's in the mud. And now liberals have this hilarious imperative to explain how it was alllllll a setup!

Fact is, Biden and the Obama campaign felt the interview was biased and decided to cut them off. That seems like a bit of a tantrum.

At least Palin kept her promise to Katie Couric by doing all of her interviews even though Couric wanted nothing more than to put a knife in Palin's back.

Diss Palin all you want for botching the interviews, but she followed through on her word instead of breaking her promises. That's class. That's something Biden and Obama have NEVER been able to demonstrate.

And what about the welfare checks in the form of subsidize, tax breaks, and bailouts that is given to the top 1%? Those are welfare checks too you know and I havent seen any and I mean any republicans vetoing those welfare checks. After this bailout its all about me baby. Give me my tax break take it from the rich. I dont make over 250k a year so Im set. When the government decides they want to get rid of ALL welfare checks then Ill be happy but until then if they get theirs then damnit I want mine. How fair is it that Warren Buffet pays a lower tax % than me?

You know how many interviews McCain has canceled because of the "liberal media"? 3 that I can think of off hand and Im sure there is more. BOTH sides do this and its pathetic on BOTH parts. They are running for president not manager of a McDonalds.

Her husband works for the campaign. His wife while may not be on the payroll like he is, is working for them. Why Obama cut interviews with her. Not that station, just her.

It doesn't matter who works for who. It doesn't matter who is who's husband or wife.

How was her question biased? That is the issue you seem to be leading to, but her question was not biased. And you know what? SO WHAT if it was biased!!!! You liberals can't stand getting a dose of your own medicine. But in this case, its not even that!!!! Its a fair question, non-accusatory, asking Biden how he and Obama differ from Karl Marx. That would be an easy question for any politician, you would think.

DId you not see her interview with McCain? "John God McCain, why are you so great? How can we destroy America even more? Why don't we just bow down to you and worship you?" As opposed to "You're the devil, why do you worship Satan?" she did with Biden. And it matters that she, or her husband, or both, are McCain Minions.

She didn't ask, she attacked. SHe used McCain's talking points and attacked. She was so biased even Bill O'Reily gave her a pat on the back.

What I am saying....
Is that using your logic, next time McCain does an interview....and the interviewer says a Hitler quote.....and gives an analogy...no matter how far off the truth it is....that McCain will answer it happily and go on about his way???

No. That would be the "lib-ruhll media".

Furthermore, actually, it doesn't matter if they are what you call "McCain Minions"

Here's the thing with you liberals: When you guys get dragged through the mud like your guy is now, you try the typical liberal tact of diverting attention from the mud on your candidate.

Who this reporter is married to has no bearing on the fact that Biden made himself look bad.

It was a fair question that a candidate for Vice President of the United States of America COULD NOT ANSWER. This is a huge failing for a candidate. We demand an answer to this question!

But here you are, trying to deflect attention to something irrelevant. "OOOh gawd! the interviewer is MARRIED!!!" And her husband likes McCain!!

Well, I got news for you. Theres a lot of people out there who have husbands and wives who like McCain, and yes, Obama too. So, lets cut the crap about the McCain Minions, and I challenge you to defend the real issue of this thread, which is: Are Obama and Biden Socialists?

MSNBC can't get an interview with any republican, except the ultra right winger Pat Robertson. He's a regular though, oh and Joe Scar... however its spelled who SERVED IN OFFICE AS A REPULICAN! Fox News? One democrat and it has been documented he gets 1 word in for every 20+ the Republican host gets. Yet you have no problem with McCain refusing to be interviewed by anyone, even fellow republicans on MSNBC. And in this case THEY WORK FOR MCCAIN! McCain won't let Obama campaign workers interview him so why should Obama/Biden let a McCain Minion interview them? Especially when they don't ask questions just attack with liberal talking points.

McCain is not the issue in this thread.

Now, defend your candidate on the topic of this thread, which is: How do Obama and Biden differ from Socialists when they imply that want to impose the core tenet of Socialism on America?

"Spreading the wealth around" is just Liberal street talk for the following Karl Marx quote"

"From each according to his ability, to each according to his need."

How do you respond to that? Do you want this philosophy enforced on your paycheck?
