After reading China's sitting on piles of money. Why won't it help? I couldn't help but wonder, is China 'sitting on the sidelines' because they want to see the worlds markets plummet while theirs grows? The Chinese are smart and have been around for a long long time they also seem more and more interested in being a global power. What are your thoughts on this?

The Chinese markets are also turbulent at the moment, they haven't gotten away scot free.

And of course they are not going to help! What has anyone ever done for China? Especially the US?

Absolutely nothing!

Leave them alone, don't drag them down and their economy will keep the global economy ticking along in the event of a now possible global recession.

The Chinese and Asian markets as whole have been tanking this week. Where does one think that China is just sitting by on the sidelines ? They are in this mess just as much as anyone. This is a GLOBAL economic crisis and the last time i checked, China was on this globe and thier markets have been in turmoil as well.
