I am trying to find out if this is accurate and if anybody knows what is going on. The Rep. from Texas states at 1:20 into the video that the speaker of the house, the night before, has declared Martial Law. So has anybody heard anything....? And if we are why isn't this ON THE NEWS...? I have done a search and didn't find any recent posts on this site so decided to start a new one. If there are others, my bad...

It sounded more like he was using it to prove a point or as a comparison..as I'm not seeing anything otherwise out on the streets.
