Great. So now that we have taken up 3 pages of web space in the Aliens/Ufo's forum talking about the big "nothing to see here" thats being kept secret, do you want to tie this in with anything related to Aliens/UFO's, or are you going to continue this into the next millenia?

You also have failed to address your incorrect assessment of Zindo's 'breaking federal laws' on this forum. Surely a person with your clearance would know the law, wouldnt he?

to be honest, you really havent. you have cleverly deflected specific questions again and again, just like you did my last post. So for the second time, do you want to tie this in with anything Alien/UFO related or just brag about what you know but cant tell us?

Hell I have a nuke level clearance and they even put like a huge emphasis on that. its crazy. But its kind of cool being 19 and in possession of confidential information.

Of course it was. I addressed that in my last post that it was a question he could have answered that would show he worked with classified infomation.

But....I'm done testing the OP. A lot of military people have clearences because operational analysis requires them. He finally made the point that he wasn't trying to say he knows things but that so many people get clearances that don't know anything really important (at least to ATS people). So, based on that, I was actually furthering his point by pointing out that he didn't really have access to any safes or anything like that.
Once I figured out that I made his point for him.... I stopped arguing and tried to stear this thing back on track. So far, no luck.

Once again thanks for trying Jon, but I do have access to safes and vaults, I work in one everyday, but you asked for specifics like numbers of combos and such and I'd just never say that, being Im the only one on my base at this time that does. But like what was said those things are never written down only passed by mouth and forced into memory. But once again, we all know this isnt the topic at hand, thank you!

If you have a clearance that worth keeping secret, as you claim, then revealing that you are 'the only one with access to safes at vaults' at your base would make you identifiable to anyone reading this who works with you.

Strike One

Furthermore, you claim to be entrusted to top secret safes and vaults with special combos that only you are to remember, but apparently you have forgotten that the word "abducted is not spelled 'Ubducted'. Anyone see gaps here?

Strike Two

If thats not enough, you have chosen to deliberately ignore my queries. You could have used them as a means to gain yourself some credibility. I fail to see anything here related to Aliens/UFO's as well.

Strike Thr---...you get the point...

Final note: Don't get me wrong, Bagel. I'm not here to ruin your day. But this is ATS. You should know how to handle this.

I seem to see a thread like this one every few months.

The contenders and pretenders.

I was a DoD deployable civilian with a clearance. I saw some funny stuff in this thread about supervisors and clearance. I can remember a few times when my boss could only tell me a building number to go to and then someone could tell me what needed to happen. He didn't have the clearance needed, at times, to tell how to do my job. There were times I could only talk to my colonel about some functions, this would bypass 2 levels of management.

Now I should defend him. lol how quickly things turn.

I was just doing a little experiement because you guys were already grilling him.... but now i regret continuing this futile matter.

I just always wanted to see if people who claimed to have clearences really did. So I asked how the safes work... not what the combos are....lol
The fact of the matter is there is lots of precautions put into place to secure info, but the really really really good stuff is never stored in any vault that you or I, even with high clearances, can open. You have to be escorted by a security team to a special safe that is under 24 hour watch.
I know this because the other day someone didn't walk back to that safe fast enough with some materials and the people who watch that safe started calling, and calling, and freaking out. Where is so and so! Where is so and so! He has the

Security clearances vary from service branch to service branch. The Army and Air Force for some reason require higher clearances than the Navy to do the exact same/similar job.

I don't know why, but I found that out during a joint services exercise held at the Nevada Test Site back in the 80's.

I have a TS/SCI clearance, and work in a SCIF everyday.....and I have no clue what the combo to the main doors is.

Did I miss the answer to my post?

What is 'Majestic'.....later shortened to 'Majic'??

Of course, the real word "magic" is spelled with a 'g'.....so the shortening of "Majestic" to "Majic" only makes sense, in that context.

anything about 'ULTRA' or 'MK ULTRA' might be unrelated.

AND, if any care to try to back-track to this IP.....then you know a lot more about computers than I.

Just know, I do not own this computer, nor the IP address.

OP,
Your only hope is to shut it down and start over. Congratulations on surviving the hazing
This is one of the roughest I've seen.

On topic - I think? What things make it possible for secrets like those which surround Area 51 and even more exotic sites to be kept even with the scrutiny they receive? What is it that makes the government deny Area 51 for so many years after it became common knowledge and why bother? Is that the type of discussion you are trying to get underway?

Is it just me or have other people experienced the same thing???

What I'm talking about is when you read an "interesting" thread title that claims too have some good "info", but after you have read the 50 pages of banter, have really came away with nothing of use, nothing substantial and nothing that hasn't either, been in a novel or could have been looked up on Google...... After all of these pages, the most informative post was made by the person that listed "all" of the codes. The most interesting post award goes too the person that thinks you're full of it (as I do too).

Why post a new thread and contribute too it in a fashion that ultimately goes around in circles? There are better ways of getting points so you can either unlock RATS or get a new Avitar......

Cheers, Bored. (Aka, Fox)

What I was refering to is Flash's post. Also it was just a bit of "Memory Lane" of what it was like when I first became aware of the responsibility of what I knew. It was not a poke at you. Someone else is doing just fine without me,LOL!!!

Zindo

Ah yes, "Memory Lane". This thread took me to the same place. I think that you hit on an important piece of this matter....responsibility. Although most info may be boring and mundane, the remainder of information can be more than alot of people want or "need to know".

I really do believe the OP though. But that wasn't the point of this thread. He was saying that lots of people get clearances but not many get access to good stuff.

Thanks again Jon. Exactly, I was trying to get into this kind of conversation, I mean places like Wright-Patterson AFB and their underground Vaults where supposedly all the UFO crash debree since the Roswell crash, have to have intense security measures. Roving guards, standing guards at the doors of each huge vault door, stuff like that. Or more famous, the guards of Area 51 that scare people off before they even get miles within the perimeter of the base.
