Finally able to record again.

It's been a LONG time since I've been able to record anything. I used to use an old reel to reel 8 track recorder... but that gave up the ghost a long time ago.

Since then, I've had crappy sound card after crappy sound card... with the new PC, I gave a half hearted attempt to see if it's line in is worth anything... you know what? It actually works semi-decent. It's NO-WHERE near professional, and not quite as good as the old reel to reel... but at least now I can record my pieces and archive them.

I've posted a concept I'm working on, on my blog... yeah, I have a blog. I know... emo. But I don't use it to gripe.

It's clearly not finished... you can hear where I'm thinking about the next bar... but that's why it's clearly labeled a concept.
