UFO filmed at a festival in Santa Cecilia

Any idea what this is? The craft appears to have 4 lights surrounding it with a brighter light in the center. I've seen crafts like this in other recent videos. This video was not filmed by me but I thought I would post it since it seems very interesting

Yeah, it's a hot air balloon made for these kind of festivals in Mexico. Sometime
the balloon has more candle lights around like this one:



But the people got excited anyway.

i was going to reply it is a hot air balloon also, b3at me to it...lol The performers had some sweet costumes.
