"This fine upstanding member, of the infamous 18th street LA gang, decided one day that he would try to car-jack a semi truck at gunpoint. The gangsta jumped up on the driver side, while the truck was in motion, and stuck a gun in the drivers face. The only problem was that the truck driver opened up the door and knocked the attempted thief off. He lost his balance and fell under the wheels of the truck. At which time the driver slammed on his brakes, resting on top of him and decided that this was the perfect time to whip out his Fuji Disposable camera."

Someone crushed by a really heavy object won't necessarily "pop" or otherwise have blood spewing/pooling everywhere.
My grandfather is a retired firefighter, and I remember him talking about a building collapse his department worked.
They were searching for survivors and overturned a big slab of concrete. There was a victim under it, squashed flat without a drop of blood anywhere.

I'm not saying the above story is true or that the photos are definately real, just that the condition of the body isn't any real indication as to their accuracy.

All his guts and stuff might have come out the other end.
The pic does not show that. Whouldnt that be the path of least resistance?

They look real to me.

I wonder if the neck tatoo hurt?....lol

Not as bad as your back, but still...

I have tattoos on my back, both arms and legs and the one that hurt the most was on the wrist right above the hand

My arm didnt hurt much(except the inner bicep and shoulder) and my leg didnt hurt one bit.

I think the inside of your forearm hurts like hell, too.

Snopes found the source of the pics.

Snopes.com

"Status: Real photos; inaccurate description."

The images displayed above are genuine photographs taken by a police officer at the scene, but contrary to the account accompanying them they do not depict the aftermath of a failed carjacking attempt.

So, no.
He didn't need to be in a big puddle of blood for the pictures to be real.

If the car was in motion the guy would have been minced by the wheels.

They're fake definately but as Tet says the 3rd 1 is convincing though but fake.
