So does the bill that recent got passed cover VOIP phones with int'l calling?
If so how do you think they would watch your calls. Software update?
Ever think like Mossad they place people in jobs to design the software prior? I imagine some companies with more modest starts like skype may need a software update?

My understanding is that it's unmonitorable. Wiki at least seems to think so.
