The very heading of this thread opens the other question-about him winning. I feel I am not straying far from the intent of this thread to mention that Ron Paul is picking up steam.

He got a good interview on Fox News, and blogs are appearing even in France. As you know, France, despite some differences with us over the years, has been a friend of freedom.

www.dailypaul.com...

Scroll part way down on the right side and look through the listings for Latest Articles. You can link to the French site and to the Fox News video.

It is interesting to note that even as we worry about him losing, he is gaining more MSM attention. It is also interesting to read some of the blogs posted on the French site, as they show the keen interest the world takes in our elections.

The world knows that our politics matter, because who we elect, and how our government behaves effects the world as a whole.

Nice post NGC2736!!
Its so refreshing to find other people who are concerned, and fly by the 'normal' defeatist attitude to be proactive!- Thanks!

Well, none of us would be here today (at least, not living & growing up in the society that we have right now) if it were'nt for the Founding Fathers getting "proactive", would we?

But it's like I've said before in this thread; It doesn't take a Ron Paul to make a significant difference...It takes a lot of Ron Pauls.

And as some others have said including myself: He will be dead long before the election if he starts to make serious headway. Why? At that point the NWO/elite have nothing to lose, they know their hours are numbered if they do not take drastic action, and that they are going to get whooped up on (so to speak) if they let him in office.

I remember there was a thread about a year ago on ATS about what to do if they enact their martial law, police state, total control, whatever you want to call it. I suggest everyone here have something in mind in case the people fail legally this upcomming year. I am rather safe where I am, so for me it is of little concequence or difficulty to dissapear forever into the national forests. Woot! Gotta love Teddy Rosevelt for bringing national parks into existance! Three cheers for Teddy!

Ron Paul will win New Hampshire. I really believe that. If he loses overall, or gets whacked by the NWO, and if people are literally up in arms over it, then I'm not gonna run. I'm gonna stay and fight, die if necessary.

Ron Paul is willing to risk his life for us and our country. If his becomes the ultimate sacrifice, I will try to not let it be in vain. He's willing to put it on the line for me, that's heavy. Ron if your reading this, I'd take a bullet for you to save our country. I hope he forms his own private security detail, get some ex-military loyal to him or something.

No one is going to shoot Ron Paul. If he starts being a pain the powers that be will simply do to him what they did to Howard dean in 04... make him an object of ridicule in the media. After all do you really think that little pep rally scream of his was really all that newsworthy? No... but it became that way for a reason... to effectively scuttle his chances and it worked almost overnight. No blood, no mess the candidate did it to himself.

I think Ron Paul is less at risk of being assassinated than most politicians, especially considering his relatively low profile. I think your fears that the "NWO" is going to whack him are mostly unfounded.

JKF was "whacked" when he got in, other leaders around the world have been knocked off when they got in or nearly knocked off like Chavez. So I say it is grounded if RP is able to actually get into power. Though the chances are something like 0.0000000000000000000000000000000001 of that happening since the whole stack of cards is against us right now. Still if he pulls it off they are going to need to take drastic measures to maintain their power if he starts to sink their boat and float ours.

You won't have anywhere to hide once the NAU comes full circle.

I have never heard of Ron Paul except for a few posts on this website. Goes to show you how bad of a chance he's got to actually win. If he's the real deal, he seems like someone I'd definitely vote for!

Does the average, common person have any influence over who gets on the ballots or is it all up to the parties?

The parties are the ones who decide who will run, that is why they have party debates. What they do is line them all up for a "turkey shoot" and see who survives the questions. RP was being booed out quickly when he was at the party gathering for this very purpose. There is a video somewhere on ATS about him being booed. The people have no say in who gets the nomination from the party, at all. So we are basically already screwed since he is a republican, no way they would ever allow someone like him to run since they are a part of the NWO/Elite. If they DO let him run... As stated early on this topic... Be worried, be very worried because something has gone terribly wrong. For them to do a perfect 180 degree turn... Something would have to be up.

I respectfully disagree on the threat of possible assassination only because of 1 factor only, and that is that Ron Paul is attacking the Federal Reserve System hard. Kennedy attacked this system by issuing Silver Certificates, Reagan attacked this system and then was shot in the head, lived, and we didn't hear a peep out of him on it again, and before the Federal Reserve Lincoln was assassinated by Booth who had connections to bankers, and Lincoln opposed centralized banking in control of bankers, as did Andrew Jackson. Mainly that's why I consider the threat real, but also because Ron Paul himself has said as much. Regardless, I hope you both are right. I pray to God you are right!

The point still remains they will have to do something drastic if he takes control, or they may not if he turns out to be a double agent. Never rule anything out at this point in time. The fact remains though his chances of winning are near zero, his chances of getting the republican nomination or one in a trillion. So effectively we have little to worry about, he will not win, one of the other puppets or posterboy/girl's will get in hands down because right now people are desperate. So desperate they will probably vote for Hillary just because she is not republican but will cater to the NWO/Elites just like the republicans will. I hate how people talk about socialist agendas... She has none, she has a fascist agenda like the rest of them.

Do not hold your breath this year or the next, you will only run out of air and save them the time of snuffing you out.

I am under the impression that once he gets enough information out he will not be assassinated.

I feel that time has passed.

Information is very powerful. The powers that be do not want to make him a martyr. That would only confirm people's suspicions and probably spark a civil war. I don't know if thats what they want.

The government would not be in power any more, for sure
.

He is protected.

He sounds like a very level-headed guy. Why was he booed? Does he have a bad track record? Who was he booed by?

Well, grover, I been to a little town called Hell, and the day I went through there it was 26 degrees and snow on the ground. So thanks for cheering me up about Ron Paul's chances in '08.

He was booed at a republican convention for who would get the nomination, Guliani got the whole of the show, RP was booed.

As for hell, when I say hell and others say hell on here I doubt we are talking about a "town" called Hell. We are talking about a burning pit that is the epidamy of evil and malice, also it is hotter than anything we would ever know or imagine. Though I am not christian or part of a religion that believes in any gods, I still like to use that metaphor because EVERYONE knows what I am talking about, even the non-christians. Very useful.
