Does the earths gravity change . By this I mean are there days where the Earths gravity has more pull on things or less pull. If so is there any proof of this happening in the past.

It can fluctuate on a year-to-year scale, but you are not going to notice unless you have several hundred thousand $$ to spend on some very expensive and very sensitive equipment. The difference even over several years is way out in decimal point land of a percent. Your day-to-day difference in body weight (for example before and after using the toilet) will have an exponentially greater effect.
