Actually the place sounded more like a holding area for *special* people. It didn't sound too unpleasant and stated the doors remained unlocked.

It said that there were educational classes and 3 meals served daily.

Hmmmmm............ makes you wonder.

Now if there were several hundred of these being built I would be concerned but the article made it sound like a place to ready illegal immigrant into the country rather than sending them back.

Maybe I am not understanding the reason for place.
