to answer that question we would need to know what they have created...but for example the aircraft related advances would go to a company with resources to bring these advances to the production line, a company like northrop grumman,
infact thinking about they would most likely get a first refuse on most advanced technollogy that darpa produce seeing that they are..."skills partners"
