BAGHDAD, Iraq (CNN) -- A tanker carrying chlorine gas exploded Tuesday morning outside a restaurant in the Iraqi town of Taji, killing at least six people, an Interior Ministry official said. At least 105 other people were either injured by the blast or poisoned by the fumes.

The official said a bomb on board the tanker caused the explosion

You could almost call that a chemical bomb, could you?

A tanker KNOWN to be carrying clorine, strapped with a bomb and detonated, releasing a poisonous chlorine gas?..

Its not the first time they used this technique, although this time was a larger scale than a couple weeks ago.

RAMADI, Iraq – Emergency Response Unit personnel, Iraqi Police, and civilians northwest of Ramadi were attacked by a suicide vehicle-born improvised explosive device (SVBIED) early Sunday. Coalition forces responded to the attack to provide immediate medical assistance and evacuate the wounded to medical facilities.

Along with the suicide bomber, 16 people were killed by the attack.
The SVBIED was a dump truck filled with explosives and included a chlorine tank. The truck crashed into the Emergency Response Unit compound and detonated.

I would have to go with makeitso story as being an actual 'chemical bomb', whereas they brought 'the goods to the party' with the intent of causing casualties from the toxins.

Strapping a bomb to a truck already filled with chlorine constitutes the same end result, however, it could be construed as a 'bonus' for the insurgents rather than the objective.

That being said, It does appear they are taking the next dreaded step of actually using chemicals to achieve their destruction fest.

My guess... its only going to get worse.
