What's with the blank thread on the new world order forum?

Hopefully a mod can remove that thread space because it's taking up space. Why are there blank threads popping up in the new world order forum of the site?

What does it look like?

Does it have a thread name and author?
Because, if it does, it just mneans the author is on Global ignore.

You can get to it by clicking the 'last post' link in the forum homepage.

Its 'blank' because the original author created it, and then deleted the title. They also delted the content too, but deleting the title removes anything to link through for the forum page, apparently.

There is a NWO forum.

Yeah there is a New World Order forum. >_>. It's been here longer than I have been on above top secret.com. Other then that, the forum is pretty cool. You didn't know? The name of the forum has been on ATS's main page. o_o.
