The best thing we can do right now to combat terrorism. Is to seriously put every last bit of manpower into the space program. IT IS THE ONLY WAY

Here is why.

If we fight terrorism it will continue to spread, and eventually ruin our democracy, this has been shown through out history time and time again.

However...if every american becomse an active member in some way, in getting man to mars, and back to the moon. Then all the world will have NO reason ever to think of us as evil.

If we simply ceased to be the world's "Police" and became the world's EXPLORERS, who would dare be able to hate us?

As long as we made it our MISSION to go to the stars, terrorists would lose so much backing that they would either fade away, or find someone else to hate.

This is the only way, meeting violence with violence in this situation will only bring about our downfall.

We are not invincible, Athens thought it's democracy was invincible, and it lost to sparta, a totalitarian nation.

I believe it is in the best interests of America to go back to the moon, and to go to mars, and to the stars.

Screw world domination. Nothing can stop us, if we can populate our solar system.

Sincerely,

ofcourse we need order...
but the question is... who is going to do the ordering?
the answer... capitalists
now why would we allow the same people that created the 'turmoil' to gain more power?
