Yes, that's nice that you guys met back then at such a young age and are still together, perhaps even married. Thank you for rubbing it in my face, especially since I'm still single and very much looking. Thank you for reminding me that whoever I meet now or in the future won't have that same luxury, and that the meeting won't be as romantic as your meeting oh so long ago at such a precious age.

I will try to make whatever relationship I will find myself in to be as romantic as possible. We'll have to learn about each other as adults rather than growing up in the same community and having many of the same experiences. Our relationship will have far more adventures than yours ever will.
