The Noor, this "ultra-horizon" "top secret" missile, uses the DM-3b seeker. The DM-3b is an active radar sensor that is used in the terminal
stage of flight to acquire and home on to hit targets. A joint program between Iran’s Aerospace Industries Organisation (AID) and the China
Aerospace Science and Industry Corp developed the Noor, which is nothing more than a varient of the Chinese C-802
While this might be "top secret" in Iran, the rest of the world has known about it since 2004.
