Apparently the Uk MOD have developed an Ink that is stable when a liquid but once dry becomes explosive. They plan to use it for fine control in fuses etc.

Anyone think of anything else you could use it for (wheres Bond when you need him?)

Ha! That reminds me of Nitrogen TriIodide. Ammonia crystals dissolved in iodine, stable when wet, but when dry, you have a highly volatile explosive, commonly called 'touch powder'. Perfect for door knobs and toilet seats . . .
