The meeting started that would decide what action is to be taken to deal with Iran. However, Russia and China still have no clear cut decision. The
meeting is aimed at detemrining whether Iran is using it's nuclear materials to make weapons or to generate power.

"LONDON - The United States and European Union hope to enlist Russian and Chinese support for robust diplomatic steps against Iran over its nuclear
program when U.N. Security Council powers meet on Monday"
"Iran’s resumption of research that could be used for either civilian atomic energy or bombs has sparked a flurry of Western diplomacy in pursuit
of a vote by the U.N. nuclear watchdog to refer Iran to the Security Council for possible sanctions."
"The views of Russia and China on an IAEA vote against Iran are crucial as both are veto-wielding permanent members of the Security Council, along
with the United States, Britain and France."

I still think these meetings are going to cause more problems than they solve. All the UN is doing is basically poking the pitbull in the eye with a
switchblade. They're going in to decide Iran's fate without a full investigation, which could be disastrous. I would LOVE to see what happens to all
these countries claiming that beyond a doubt, Iran is making nukes if it turns out they really aren't.
