I don't know if you would count this as a video game or not, but this game is very cool. You get to form your own country and then build it up, during this time you can kill other countries or try and recruit them to be your ally. Here is a link.

I've played this before. Its pretty fun for awhile, Utopia isnt to bad either.

I've played one of those kind of webgames before. Too confusing for me

Still, those games can be a lot of fun if you manage to play one with a friend somehow.
