I have no idea what this is...Miles from anywhere, situated on a dry lake bed called Lamb's Pond in Nevada...Can anyone shed any light on what this is or it's purpose?

Practice bomb targets. Part of the TTR. If you travel north on
Kawich Valley Rd you'll see tanks, SAM sites etc all very close
to the road. All targets.
