i like how NBC manages to make it sound like its possible even when the scientist was like "nope"

i think the most effective part was the end where they talk about the bill and how 10 million goes to it a year

even more interesting is how the title says no but they sound like they want you to believe its very possible

I was just surprised that HAARP was even mentioned. I figured most journalists would dismiss it as hooey. I don't personally have an opinion about HAARP though.

you know Ive herd about about weather control on Coast to Coast the technology exists but it's not as advanced as we think you know. Yeah they're not telling us a lot about HAARP just enough to wet the apatite of the public.

IMO - our exalted leaders would NOT feel the need to create laws regulating anything unless there was an actual reason to do so....


Course now I'm thinking about internet porn. I could be wrong altogether.

I was thinking about the idea of weather control.
"IF" we have it, of course we would not want to admit it.
Think about it, if others know we have it, they will go looking/hacking to find it and create their own.
And lastly, if we (the US) admit to having it, every storm anywhere on the globe will be blamed on us-weather (haha) we did it or not.

What ever happened to the idea of using lasers to control the weather?
Weren't the japanese working on it a few years ago or something?

Couldn't weather control mainly refer to cloud-seeding?

People have seen what apears to be a tunning fork during thses storms anway supossively some one is trying to stop wilma. Why create a law about weather manipulation when God knows who is using maybe the government really knows something.

HAARP had an open house on September 18 or 28th.

All weather comes from our atmosphere. If you look up patent#4,686,605 at the U.S. patent office website, it describes it in plain english.

Method and apparatus for altering a region in the earth's atmosphere, ionosphere, and/or magnetosphere


Abstract
A method and apparatus for altering at least one selected region which normally exists above the earth's surface. The region is excited by electron cyclotron resonance heating to thereby increase its charged particle density. In one embodiment, circularly polarized electromagnetic radiation is transmitted upward in a direction substantially parallel to and along a field line which extends through the region of plasma to be altered. The radiation is transmitted at a frequency which excites electron cyclotron resonance to heat and accelerate the charged particles. This increase in energy can cause ionization of neutral particles which are then absorbed as part of the region thereby increasing the charged particle density of the region.
