One way to get visitors to your site

Do you have a website and want to get more visitors to it? I found a place called free-banners .com. The way it works is that you put html code on your site and everytime someone opens your site you get credits and they show your banner on other people's pages.

Has anyone ever tried it? If so have you had any luck?

I know ATS doesn't need it but for smaller websites and personal homepages it may help.

Does anyone else know of any ways to increase your traffic? I am trying many things, some with mixed results. If anyone has any ideas please let me know.

Well, I would say make a better site, but, you know, that's just me. Swapping adds on your site for a little extra advertisement isn't gonna do you much good.
