Baby rape sentence 'unduly lenient'

Scotland's most senior legal officer has asked for a report into whether a five-year prison sentence given to a man who raped an 13-month-old baby was "unduly lenient".

Lord Advocate Colin Boyd QC's move follows anger at the sentence given to father-of-three James Taylor, who took pictures of himself raping the baby.

Let's just hope that the judge was referring to the fact that the prisonmates of this sick **C* will lower his probability of reoffending to 0%.

I would say yes.

Those Scottish prisoners don't waste too much time when dealing with this kind of scum.

I expect he will be out within 5 years....................in a wooden box.

Know what is funny? Doesn't matter what they did, unless they did it themselves, but most prisoners give child rapists a real "hard" time in jail. Most child molestors don't make it past the first year before they are able to pass Elvis through their colon. Then after that missing body parts, broken fingures, punctured eyballs, so forth. I give the Scots a year before this guy dies.

Let's just say that I'm doing all I can to get a 300lb black gay guy named bubba in the same cell as him.

Here in the U.S. child molesters have to be kept away from the rest of the general population in prison. Many of these guys in prison have children of their own and they hate any other prisoner that HURTS a child. Even though many of them have committed serious crimes this is one good trait they all seem to have in common.

Being in prison didn't help that Catholic priest. Ohhh yeah... he was housed with a man that hated gays and killed them. Now somebody did that on purpose.

If anyone so much as touches my baby, I won't be leaving it up to the judicial system to take care of the sick F^CK. I'm due on Oct 1st and the child's god-father won't just stand by, either.

This is one sick bastard. He should be slowly killed or have life imprisonment in a labor camp for his crimes. Hell is too good for him. Since convicts hate child molesters he won't last long there,especialy with Scots,and that he raped a baby. I still can't get over this sick man .

I'm New here...And still not sure how all this works, But...This sick F**k should be shot on site. No jail sentence just killed outright. I do not have any children of my own, but I have a 5 year old neice. And if anyone did this to her, I'd go after them like GODS wrath. Putting him in jail...thats a joke!!!!
