Actually I can see already parents going nuts over this new "services" at you fingertips and yor young children too.

Porn's always been portable. Wi-Fi and laptops. Or just a good pair of eyeballs.

What's any more worse about this than porn online, on tv, at news stands, in movies? There are the same regulations in place about this sort of material. I see it as a non issue.

Consoles have a HUGE non-child market.

I'm really not to surprised, I was sorta expecting this to happen, just not so soon.

Oh well, its not like you can actuall stop them from making it.

I find it funny too, in the sense that I don't consider porn as such a big issue . . . as long as is in the privacy of your home and bedroom.

But what I find disconcerting is the fact that is many people out there that are addicted to porn, and how safe will I feel as a mother having lunch at a public restaurant or fast food place with my children and the person next to my table has one of the console showing a spicy clip and my children taking a glimpse at it.

Now that will be an issue for any parent.

there have been many reports of accidents on NY roadways as a result of drivers looking into other cars and seeing porn playing on the dvd players in the car next to them.

in these articles there are always side stories about parents who had children see the porn in the car next to them.

I am not going to knock the use of porn, especially after it got me thru 9 months with a pregnant wife but I will say that it should be kept indoors.


now, if I can only figure out how to get the porn onto my psp without the wife seeing it. then I am truly content.

There will be a mix of strange and ammusing stories to come involving this i am sure.
However, i honestly can't see much self respecting people sitting on the train watching some hardcore action and pitching a tent on the way to work!
Young boys all over will be rubbing their hands with glee!

Porn has been portable since Hugh Heffner first published Playboy and some kid took his old man's copy to school to show Marilyn Munroe to his friends.. This is just pretty much version 2.0 .

When they invent a portable holographic girlfriend with a mute button then I might be impressed.

I don't agree with the concept of pornography in general, but I'd like to see more restrictions on who can get ahold of it. Hopefully the marketers of PSP porn will require some sort of age verification, like a valid credit card number or something; I don't want to see 12-year olds getting their hands on this stuff. I don't have a problem with adults buying porn if they want it, but it should be kept out of the hands of minors, as much as is possible, anyway. (not easy in the internet age, though)

Impossible. Even back in the 80's when I was a kid and didnt personally have access to porn some other kid would always get ahold of a skin mag. Even if a parent is obsessive compulsive about shielding their child from the horrors of porn the kid is still somehow going to see it. Friends, older siblings, other parents who don't care, etc. No matter what "safeguards" are put up Kids are gonna find the stuff anyway. It's just like locking up the cookie jar, the kid's just going to go to his friends house and eat all the cookies he wants.

I didn't grow up to be a sexual deviant from gawking at my friend's Playboy or Hustler mags but with the abundance of super freaky stuff online it's scary to think what fetishes little Billy might grow up with. But in the end it's sadly about as impossible as keeping teens from getting drunk. Look at all the laws and penalties relating to minors getting ahold of alcohol and drinking. Then look at all the drunk 16 year olds on Friday night.

lugging porn around the old way was just so tiring and cumbersome.
It's nice to see an industry work hard to be more innovative. Im not sure I know what PSP is, is it like playstation? But if I cant find porn where I am, I can wait till i get home.

My son has one of the small ones it plays movies and games the quality of the pictures is oustanding, he is crazy about the game consoles, as soon the new one comes out he has to have it.

Now he already has a down payment on the next one that is due in November.

I asked him about the porno part and he said that he is not interested, he is 18.
