it's just a runway! where are all of the buildings? or is this complex supposidly underground.

If you zoom in and up a couple of clicks you will see some planes sitting outside...

And if you play around some more...you will see they left a Stealth sitting outside..see if you can find it.

ya your rght hornitos theres two SR-71s but what is that plane behind them. To me it looks like the shadow of a plane flying over but it looks a little to perfectly placed

That plane would be the U-2, the spy plane before the SR-71.

Look how half the base and runway are cut off by the poor resolution here:
