well, If you want to report a UFO sighting, you should try to video record it. If you don't have one of those with you, try to remember about where you saw it, and when. try to be precise, and contact me(if you think it would help)

In Canada
To make an official report:

If you saw UFO in a rural area, report to the nearest RCMP detachment.
If it was in the city report to city cops, if they are jerks about it report to the nearest RCMP detachment.

You can always try ufocenter.com. They always report a cigar shaped craft and light.

As i discovered it is also helpfull to include the direction of the sighting relative to you. Especialy when having evidence like photos or video.

i.e. It was on the northeast relative to my location which was that exact spot...

I don't have any interest in claiming that I have seen a UFO. However I have a picture that sure looks like one. Who should I send the Picture to? Should I just upload it and post it here for all to see? I dont know if it is or not but it sure looks real to me!

Contact MUFON if you want to report a UFO, though I can't say I trust this agency. What I do know about MUFON is the guys working at HQ in albuquerque e-mailed me very shortly after receiving my case. They asked for a recorded interview and I gave it to them, it was about half an hour and he seemed very interested in what I had to say. congrats on your sighting by the way, it's a surreal feeling isn't it

I'm still a new member, I think I have posted on here at least once before. But anyway, I have seen some things, about 9 years apart. Each time I was camping. At 15, it was my back yard in the summer, in the country in NY, right by the Canadian border. The craft landed over my tent and two creatures, both about three feet tall, were wandering around outside my tent. They had two appendages that moved like human arms, but would undulate from time to time, making it clear they were boneless. Their 'voices' or whatever their method of communication was sounded like someone recorded the sounds pigeons make, then dropped it several octaves, making it such a deep sound it rattled the brain. They realized I was awake, touched the side of my tent, and as the tent wall pressed inward at its touch, I was out. The very next second I was awake and it was almost noon, much later than I ever slept at that age.

The next time was at 24 in Florida, where I've lived since I was almost 18. I didn't see them this time, and their was no landing. I woke up completely unable to move, and as I laid there, my TV turned itself on, and the volume bar appeared and increased to full volume. This may sound completely feasible, until I add this part: I turned the TV off before I went to sleep, and the remote was laying in my line of sight: Next to the TV. It was on the input mode, so the word video was in the corner the whole time, yet there was static on the screen as well. The static became louder and louder, and I could hear them again. The same pigeon sounds. And as this was going on, transmission cut in from something else: Don't Fear the Reaper by Blue Oyster Cult.

Hey if anyone is in southern Ca, NE of N. Hollywood...
I just had a very quiet pass by our complex! It was headed NE from here looked like it was going at a smooth clip but didn't seem too fast because it just glided through the air (my opinion)
What I mean to say is it must have been going fast because it was going about as fast as one of these LAPD choppers when they are cruising by but it was silent and I guess due to the lack of noise, it just seemed to glide by effortlessly..

Bright white light... no blinking just solid
Didn't have time to grab a camera but I did have binoculars nearby, through them, god help me i'm gonna say it... it looked triangular.
It did occur to me that may be only seeing a small section of it that was being exposed by the light. From what I could tell, it appeared to be around the same size as a helicopter , it just didn't sound like one...
The light on it was bigger about (3x) than an LAPD chopper spotlight and it wasn't emitting a beam or anything.
I see enough LAPD choppers at night to notice the difference.
Unless it was some stealth helicopter heading to 29 Palms and running with no lights but the one... I don't know what it was.
It made no noise whatsoever...
I even started talking to it, saying "hold on", "come closer", sounds corny... but I really wanted to communicate.
If anyone else seen this please let me U2U me!!!
God, I'm shaking I'm so excited... this was about 20 minutes ago 8:20 pm PST

Edited for typos and now that I'm calmer can recall the finer details

UPDATE:
Ok so right after I typed this I heard some LAPD choppers over in the NE direction for awhile and then I heard them pass by my complex heading to what sounded to be in the SE direction.
I also noted that the whole time this was going on, including while i was typing this post my cell phone kept turning off and rebooting itself over and over again and stopped after i heard the LAPD go by. Could be the phone though... I hate my blackberry.
It couldn't have been LAPD or any other helicopter only due to the fact it seemed to be very close and made no noise at all. I'm going to post it on the National UFO Database for what it's worth.
Damn... I wish it had stopped for awhile

I second that. First off no one would believe you and all you would get is laughs and to be made fun of. And you may get people looking your way you do not want around.

awsome post!!!!

I beleive 98% of all UFO sightings are never even reported.

And I can understand on that,,,,

but with the more open mindness people now,, and alot more camereas' out there now I beleive UFO reports will continue to rise.

This is a very good post!!

I was just reading on some UFO reports from Mexico..
They tend to report more than the USA...
And also seems to be a major hot spot for UFO activity..

The "flying humanoid" reports scare me and are very disturbing to me.
UFO crafts are one thing,,,those "flying humanoids" floating around take it to a new level...

well,,enuff of me,,,

huggs everyone!

Hey I've been using the NUFORC website for years. Any time I've seen anything like a UFO, I've posted it on there. And truuuust me, I've seen my fair share of objects in the sky. I'm only 19, and I can't even count how many I've seen.

People have been reporting UFO's for 50 years or more. Honestly, it isn't worth the trouble. Reporting it to the military is a complete waste of time. The police can't afford to act interested. Educated people cannot risk giving it their attention either.

In my opinion, we should do the only thing that is right. Report the UFO to everyone. I mean, you need to tell every person you possibly can. Do not worry about your own credibility, instead, stand behind what you see. Do not worry about offending people, or about pissing off some person who is very skeptical or religious. Just tell everyone you can.

This society is threatened and may fail because we are living in a lie. Break the lie by professing the truth whenever and wherever you can. Pretty simple.
