The Liberal Democrats say the election could become a "referendum" on Tony Blair's decision to go to war in Iraq.
Charles Kennedy demanded that the legal advice given to Mr Blair be published after a newspaper claimed to have new evidence about the war's
legality.
If not, voters would be "perfectly entitled" to view the election as a referendum on the war, he said.
Mr Blair insists the war was right, and legal. The Conservatives say Mr Blair lied about the intelligence on Iraq.
Speaking in south London, Mr Kennedy said the Iraq war could be the issue on which people decided how they cast their vote - and he called on the
government to publish all the legal advice it had received about taking military action.

i dont think it will be to be honest, the war is long over and it seems that nobody really cares about this issue anymore. RESPECT are the only group
of people who still talk about this.
