Good of the criminals to know when they are beat. They can throw themselves at the mercy of the people and hope for the best by cooperating in the investigations of which foreign actors and royal families have been involved with undermining American sovereignty.

The Presidential Transition Act requires every agency to have a succession plan by September 15 of a presidential election year.

This happens every four years.

It's called being prepared.

America used to like being prepared. Now some only like chaos and hate.

Calm down people, this is normal activity for a democracy.

Why must EVERYTHING be nefarious? Why must normal things become extraordinary? What are people so afraid and scared of, to be worried about the current administration taking steps they are REQUIRED to take?

Please educate yourselves.

This site needs to change from "deny ignorance" to "we embrace ignorance".

Except YOU ARE the one actually embracing ignorance and not thinking independently when you call this country a "democracy", since it never has been one. Majority rule or mob rule is what a democracy is, and it IS what democrats want as long as they are the majority mob. The DNC and their subjugated MSM call the USA a democracy as well, since it is what they want, as long as they control it with the majority.

The US constitution and bill of rights greatly INTERFERES with the "democracy" they want as well, and they totally understand this, which is why all the members of the DNC hate and openly oppose the US Constitution and the bill of rights, and attempt often to pass bills and laws in conflict with constitutional law, and succeed often enough at doing.

And stop with the pompous responses insinuating everyone else is not denying ignorance when all along it is you who isn't.

It’s the routine first step in congressionally mandated preparedness for presidential transitions.

Doesn't this happen for every presidential election?

It's supposed to be, but an important point is that it is supposed to be done in good faith, not with intent to cause harm to the incoming administration like Obama and Biden did.

The Clinton administration also did this to the incoming Bush administration in late 2000 and January 2001. They did everything they could to sabotage the early part of Bush's presidency, all the way down to petty high school nonsense like stealing all the W keys from keyboards in the White House.

Keep in mind that while they whine about democracy, Democrats en masse haven't accepted that they legitimately lost a presidential election since 1988.

Democrats really are overgrown children.

Ah yes, not sure how I could have forgotten that

Jogging my memory a bit, they (the Clintons) also tried to pilfer like 100K worth of furnishings when they left the White House, then gave some back and then paid for stuff they kept, or some such debacle.

Why exactly did you feel it necessary to make a thread about a process that has been ongoing mostly on time for many years?
And why are so many members acting like this is some nefarious affair?

Its interesting the Associated Press chose to make this one of their top news articles yesterday. Not in 2020 or 2016.

Because the Associated Press made it one of their top news stories yesterday. I didn't look for it.

The "Top Stories" section of my Microsoft Edge browser highlighted the Biden Administration's preparation for transition.

As you know (or maybe not), the Associated Press often shares important items without explaining WHY they know the items are important to publish at a given time.

The annual "White House Correspondents" dinner was held tonight. Lots of interesting views of a rapidly declining President Joe Biden.

For example, look at the trouble he's having eating his salad. Go to the video's 25min20sec mark. When he mumbles to the lady sitting next to him, she looks at him like, "What did you say? Good grief." 🤡

I saw nothing odd in that video at all kinda grasping a straws here WMC but not surprising. Also a prep for a peaceful transfer of power prior is very Standard not sure why you are making it seem like it is out of the ordinary? Unless you do not want to give up that power peacefully like some previous leader.

From your OP.

What's your problem with this?

It's "routine". Obviously?

Yes, but you posted it, so why do you think it might be anything other than sensible, routine and plainly necessary planning?

Consider who is doing the "planning" 😀 The same people who have been doing all the "planning" since Jan 2021. 🤡

The article says this is routine.
Well .. yeah .. they all prep ahead of time.
But this far out from a potential transition?
Seems kinda early to me.
I could see getting a transition team together in the fall ...
But I don't work at the white house so ... who knows?

The Biden Administration is doing the planning?

Who else would be doing it?

I really don't see why you guys think this is a anything other than routine planning.

Why read into it something else?

Oh, let me guess...

"media must be eager to get rid of him. You would expect something like this to be kept under wraps."

You would? Why?

I believe over the Pond this is called a "Nothing burger".
